10-year-old arrested in hooliganism probe

Police arrested a 10-year-old boy on suspicion of being involved in violence following a recent football derby between Portsmouth and Southampton.

The child was arrested along with a 14-year-old girl, five men from Portsmouth and two men from Fareham and Emsworth on suspicion of violent disorder in connection with the incident after the Fratton Park match in Portsmouth on March 21 this year.
