Ireland's eircom league XI have beaten their England semi-professional counterparts 3-2 in Banss in Aberdeenshire tonight.

Ireland's goals came from John Flood (19), Eamon Zayed (60) and John Russell (62). Both England's goals came from Steve Guinan.

Ireland's team for the four team semi-professional tournament is managed by Bray boss Pat Devlin. His squad is made up of under 21 players from clubs in the eircom league.
