Arnesen appointed Spurs' technical director

PSV Eindhoven have announced that technical director Frank Arnesen will leave the club to take up a similar post at Tottenham.

PSV Eindhoven have announced that technical director Frank Arnesen will leave the club to take up a similar post at Tottenham.

According to the Dutch club, the Dane has signed a three-year deal and will take charge of the club’s transfer policy, scouting and the club’s youth system.
