The eircom League has today announced that Drogheda United have been deducted three League Cup points as a result of their playing suspended player Glen Lacey in last Monday night's eircom League Cup Group 8 fixture against Dundalk.

The eircom League has today announced that Drogheda United have been deducted three League Cup points as a result of their playing suspended player Glen Lacey in last Monday night's eircom League Cup Group 8 fixture against Dundalk.

Glen Lacey will miss out on next Monday night's fixture against Bohemians.
