Duff shoulder trouble strikes again

Chelsea and Republic of Ireland winger Damien Duff has suffered a second dislocation of his shoulder after a fall in training today.

Duff originally suffered the injury in Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat of Fulham on December 20 and was out for three and a half weeks.
