FIFA president Sepp Blatter has proposed drawn matches become a relic of football’s past by stressing that all matches should have a winning and losing team.

The world governing body’s supremo made the suggestion in an interview with SID, the German sports news agency, but did not say whether he would seek to turn theory into policy.
