Alex Ferguson has launched another scathing attack on the FA as he prepares to lose Paul Scholes for three crucial Barclaycard Premiership matches.

Scholes will face a hearing on Monday to answer the violent conduct charge over his attack on Doriva during the match with Middlesbrough on February 11.
