Curbishley savours win at Anfield

Alan Curbishley tasted victory at Anfield for the first time in his career as a player or manager and declared: “The season is still alive for everybody.”

Curbishley’s Charlton had achieved a tremendous grafting victory thanks to Shaun Bartlett’s second-half header which has thrown the race for fourth spot and Champions League football wide open.
