Moyes makes one change for Everton
Everton made just one change from the side which started last weekend at Newcastle for today’s Barclaycard Premiership clash against Tottenham.
Scottish international James McFadden come in up front for the injured Kevin Campbell.
Everton were without suspended strikers Duncan Ferguson and Wayne Rooney, and were looking to quickly acquire the couple of wins they need to pull clear of the relegation dogfight.
Spurs, meanwhile, were able to field skipper Jamie Redknapp despite the 20 stitches he needed in a mouth wound last weekend when he was in a collision with his cousin, Chelsea’s Frank Lampard.
But they were without defender Mauricio Taricco, who is struggling with a calf problem.
It meant that youngster Stephen Kelly, an Irish defender, came in for only his second start in the Premiership, with Simon Davies also returning after a long lay-off with a shin splints problem.
