English clubs have snubbed the much-derided Intertoto Cup for the second successive season.

English clubs have snubbed the much-derided Intertoto Cup for the second successive season.

The Football Association have informed UEFA they will not be providing any representatives for European football’s summer competition, through which three teams gain access to the UEFA Cup.
