O'Leary wary of conveyer belt theory

Aston Villa manager David O’Leary has warned that FA Youth Cup success does not guarantee the club a conveyor belt of young talent that will develop into first team players.

Villa are through to their second final in four seasons and will meet Middlesbrough who last night disposed of Crewe in their semi-final.
