Jackett puts on Swansea manager's coat
Kenny Jackett has been appointed manager of Swansea with a contract until the end of 2005/06.
The former Welsh international replaces Brian Flynn, who left the club on March 18.
He joins the Swans after a successful spell at QPR as assistant manager to Ian Holloway, the 42-year-old having had time in charge of Watford in 1996/97.
The Swans spent much of the early season in contention for promotion and enjoyed an impressive FA Cup run, but have since slipped into mid-table, 10 points off the play-offs.
