Jailed footballers pin freedom hopes on legal bid

Three Premiership footballers facing sex assault allegations remained behind bars in Spain today as they pinned their hopes on a new legal bid to secure their release.

Leicester City’s captain Paul Dickov, Keith Gillespie and Frank Sinclair, who are accused of attacking three women in a hotel, were remanded in custody on Friday.
