Magnier and McManus increase Man Utd stake

John Magnier and JP McManus have increased their shareholding in Manchester United to 28.89%.

The Cubic Expression Company Limited later confirmed to the Stock Exchange that it had increased its shareholding in United to 28.89%.

The company confirmed it had acquired 8,000,000 ordinary shares in Manchester United plc, increasing Cubic Expression’s holding to 75,736,960, or 28.89%.
