Joe Kinnear takes over at Forest

Nottingham Forest have announced that Joe Kinnear has agreed to become the club’s new manager following the sacking of Paul Hart at the weekend.

Kinnear, who has also held managerial posts at Wimbledon and Luton, is expected to be introduced to the players and staff tomorrow before being formally unveiled at a press conference.

Forest have indicated that Kinnear, a former Republic of Ireland international, will initially be employed until the end of the season but on a rolling contract.
