City profit figures lifts the Blues
Birmingham have announced a pre-tax profit of more than £3m (€4.3m) for the 12 months up to the end of August last year.
City’s turnover rose by over £20m (€28.7m) to £36.5m (€52.5m) and the club made a profit of £3.3m (€4.75m).
Today’s results are City’s first as a Premiership club and chairman David Sullivan is delighted with the progress made.
He said: “Overall it has been a good year for the club both on and off the pitch and I am delighted with our progress, whilst remaining focused on the importance of building upon this in our second year in the Premier League.”
