Ameobi in line for comeback

Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi could return to the squad for Monday night’s Barclaycard Premiership clash with Fulham after recovering from a fractured cheekbone.

The England Under-21 international has missed the last five games with the injury he picked up during the 0-0 draw at Charlton on December 20, but resumed training this week.
