Martin signs for United

Manchester United have completed a £1m (€1.42m) swoop for Wimbledon youngster Lee Martin.

United have paid an initial £200,000 (€284,469) for the 16-year-old midfielder, who was also being courted by Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool, but with further payments due if he makes the progress anticipated.
