Cubic expression buy more United shares

JP McManus and John Magnier, the Irish entrepreneurs and horse racing partners, have increased their share in Man Utd and now own almost a quarter of the club.

The duo control The Cubic Expression Company Limited and United's plc announced to the Stock Exchange this morning that the company had increased its holding of ordinary shares to 63,286,893 - approximately 24.24% of the issue.

The Cubic Expression Company previously held 23.15% after making a huge investment in early October which more than doubled their share from 11.4%.
