Duo ruled out

Gus Poyet and Jonathan Blondel are ruled out of Tottenham’s squad for tomorrow’s trip to Blackburn Rovers.

Poyet has visited a specialist after being troubled by his wrist in recent weeks – having been playing with a lightweight cast on his right arm – while Blondel has a slight knee injury. Dean Marney is back in the squad.

Frederic Kanoute (ankle), Jamie Redknapp, Christian Ziege (both knee) and Simon Davies (thigh) are still sidelined.
