UEFA punish Mihajlovic over Mutu spat

Lazio defender Sinisa Mihajlovic has been banned for eight European matches by UEFA following his dismissal and conduct during Tuesday’s Champions League match against Chelsea.

The Serbo-Montenegrin defender kicked and spat at Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu during the match, and was also sent off for two bookable offences.
