Miller in doubt for Dunfermline game
Liam Miller is Celtic’s biggest doubt ahead of tomorrow’s Bank of Scotland Premier League match with Dunfermline at Parkhead.
The midfielder has tight hamstrings and having missed training today it is unlikely that manager Martin O’Neill will take a risk on him.
The Celtic boss is likely to freshen up his side after their energy-sapping Champions League victory over Anderlecht on Wednesday and defensive duo Joos Valgaeren (cold) and Johan Mjallby (knee) are pushing for first-team recalls.
Alan Thompson (calf), Paul Lambert (ankle), Stephen Crainey (ankle) and Bobby Petta (hamstring) are recovering from injuries.
PROVISIONAL SQUAD: Hedman, Balde, Varga, Gray, Petrov, Lennon, Miller, McNamara, Larsson, Hartson, Sutton, Agathe, Valgaeren, Mjallby, Guppy, Smith, Laursen, Douglas, Sylla, Maloney, Kennedy, Wallace.
