Ferguson to miss Rovers clash

Duncan Ferguson is unlikely to be considered for Everton’s match against Blackburn on Monday evening after his midweek health scare.

Scottish striker Ferguson was taken to hospital with respiratory problems after coughing up blood and has been laid low.

Fellow forward Kevin Campbell is also doubtful with a toe injury while Alessandro Pistone, Steve Watson and Niclas Alexandersson are all out.
