League pays tribute to Livingstone

The chairman of the eircom League has paid tribute to Charles Mbabazi Livingstone, who has retired from soccer.

Brendan Dillon said of the St Patrick's Athletic player: "It was a shock to learn that Charles has been forced to retire at such a young age.
