Manchester United took the Premiership summit with a 1-0 win over Leeds at Elland Road in today’s early kick-off but it was not a convincing display by the champions.

Roy Keane’s 81st minute goal, his second of the season, was all that separated the sides after a determined defensive display by the home side.
