Drogheda still await their first win - and first league goal - under new boss Paul Doolin as his former club came and earned a point from a dull match at O2 Park.

College generally had the better of a tight game, creating the better chances.

Robbie Griffin brought a save out of Gary Rogers early on with John Martin then forcing another stop from the Drogheda keep a minute before the break.

Drogheda's best opening fell to Ciaran Quinn on 19 minutes but he headed Darren Beesley's free kick wide.
