Former Shamrock Rovers assistant manager Mick Cooke has been appointed as Bobby Browne's replacement at Monaghan United.

Browne resigned as Monaghan manager last week. Cooke, a former Irish Womens' manager, has left his coaching position at non-league Ballyfermot United to take over the Monaghan job.
