Houllier welcomes Gerrard back

Gerard Houllier welcomes back Steven Gerrard for his first Premiership game of the season believing the England midfielder can get Liverpool’s campaign back on track.

Gerrard had to sit out last weekend’s 2-1 defeat by Chelsea through suspension, but he will be all fired up for today’s trip to Aston Villa.
