Leeds United PLC responded to press reports by confirming Sheik Al-Khalifa discussed Leeds United's financial position during his visit to Elland Road Sunday, but that no proposals were made.
It also said that he has attended Elland Road on a regular basis over the past 25 years and was invited to the directors' box on Sunday as a guest of the club.
