Chelsea have now joined Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle as realistic title contenders but their spending power puts them in a league of their own.

That is the view of former Blues skipper Ron Harris, who believes the almost bottomless pockets of new owner Roman Abramovich mean the club are immune to the belt-tightening going on in the rest of football.
