Souness fears Duff departure

Blackburn boss Graeme Souness is still hoping that Damien Duff’s move to Chelsea will fall through but admits he will “understand it if he chooses to go” to Stamford Bridge.

After rejecting three previous bids from the Blues, Rovers yesterday agreed a fee of £17m (€24m) cash for the Republic of Ireland winger.
