Amorouse deal nears completion
Rangers defender Lorenzo Amoruso will finally complete his move to Blackburn tomorrow.
Both clubs have already agreed terms for the player and the Italian came through a medical at Ewood Park several days ago.
The completion of his move to the Barclaycard Premiership side stalled as talks over Amoruso’s personal terms continued.
But that now looks to have been resolved and the defender is set to put pen to paper on the £1.4m (€2m) deal tomorrow night, ending a six-year association with the Ibrox side.
His agent, Andrea D’Amico – who brought Amoruso to Rangers in 1997 – told the Scottish club’s official website, www.rangers.co.uk: “He is expected tomorrow night when he should sign.”
