Veteran Foxes sign deal extensions

Leicester have been boosted by news that experienced duo Brian Deane and Billy McKinlay have signed new one-year deals.

The pair played important roles as the Foxes won promotion back to the top flight last season.

Deane scored 13 goals in 33 appearances and boss Micky Adams told the club’s official website, www.lcfc.co.uk: “I’m obviously delighted that they’ve decided to stay with us.

“Both of them did a great job for us last season and we still believe they’ve got something to offer at this level.”
