Moyes admits that it will be tough at the top

David Moyes has admitted it will be tough for Everton to match last season’s rapid progress as he struggles with a limited budget for new players.

Everton surged from 14th the previous season to seventh in the Barclaycard Premiership, just failing to qualify for Europe, with boss Moyes working on a shoestring.
