Teddy Sheringham today ruled out an immediate switch from playing to management – but revealed his long-term dream is to return to White Hart Lane as a successor to Glenn Hoddle.

Last week, under-pressure Tottenham boss Hoddle told the out-of-contract 37-year-old he would not be offered a new deal for next term.
