Sheringham captains Spurs on his farewell

Teddy Sheringham was Tottenham captain against Blackburn today for his final game before leaving White Hart Lane.

But while this game was otherwise of little consequence to Glenn Hoddle’s men, it meant everything to Rovers – with a UEFA Cup place up for grabs.
