Carlos restores Real lead

Roberto Carlos has put Real Madrid back into the lead against Juventus after 73 minutes in the Champions League semi-final at the Bernabeu Stadium tonight.

The ball was cleared from a corner only as far as Carlos who thumped the ball home from the edge of the box.

The referee consulted his linesman - who had lifted his flag for offside - before deciding the offside players had not been interfering with play and gave the goal.
