Hoddle to get summer transfer cash

Tottenham boss Glenn Hoddle will be given the backing of the White Hart Lane board to strengthen his squad this summer.

The under-fire former England boss, frustrated by his inability to recruit new players in the January transfer window and now forced to deny reports of unrest in his camp, will have a substantial transfer kitty to dip into.
