Doherty must choose his role

Gary Doherty has revealed he will sit down in the summer and make the “massive” decision on whether he wants to be a centre-half or a centre-forward.

The 23-year-old Tottenham utility man – who scored Ireland’s winner in Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Georgia – has played in both positions for club and country in recent months.
