No police action for footballer over 'snowball incident'

A Premiership footballer arrested following an alleged altercation with two youths who threw snowballs at his car has been told the case against him has been dropped, British police said today.

Former Sweden international Stefan Schwarz was questioned by police earlier this year after an incident outside a school in a residential area on the outskirts of Newcastle.
