St Pat's to appoint new manager today

St Patrick's Athletic are due to officially appoint a new manager today following the departure of Pat Dolan last week.

Eamonn Collins, Dolan's former assistant at Richmond Park, is widely expected to fill the vacancy, with Martin Russell expected to be named as his number two.

Pat Dolan quit St Pat's last week after a 15-year association with the Dublin club.

He was appointed as the new manager of Cork City less than 24 hours after announcing his exit from Richmond Park.
