Keane to ponder future following talks

Roy Keane is pondering a return to the Irish international team following talks with new manager Brian Kerr.

The Irish boss flew to Manchester yesterday to open discussions with Keane on his international future, and sources close to the former skipper remain optimistic that he will be back on board in time for the Euro 2004 qualifiers with Georgia and Albania.
