Wembley Twin Towers to fall next week

Demolition work will finally start in earnest on Wembley’s Twin Towers on Friday, bringing an 80-year-old landmark to an end by the middle of next week.

Work to remove the towers actually began in December, with the crowns and flagpoles being removed, but the main work will now take place ahead of the building of the new national stadium.
