Celtic manager Martin O’Neill conceded today that he was running out of time in his bid to bring in a new loan signing before the transfer deadline.

The Glasgow giants are facing a gruelling second part of the season as they go for the Championship, Tennent’s Scottish Cup, CIS Insurance Cup and UEFA Cup.
