Ferdinand may face Charlton

Glenn Roeder is hopeful of having Les Ferdinand in his squad for Wednesday's trip to Charlton after West Ham were given permission to talk to him.

Ferdinand has struggled to find a place in the Tottenham first team this season following Glenn Hoddle's purchase of Robbie Keane.
