FIFA have warned Everton that striker Wayne Rooney could be banned if they prevent him playing for England in a youth tournament in March.

FIFA have warned Everton that striker Wayne Rooney could be banned if they prevent him playing for England in a youth tournament in March.

It is understood the FA wanted the frontman for England’s World Under-20 Championship squad to travel to the United Arab Emirates.
