West Ham manager Glenn Roeder is hoping for a triple injury boost as his team prepares for the New Year’s Day derby at Charlton.

Freddie Kanoute is hoping to return after missing the trip to Blackburn because of a reaction to his groin injury, while Don Hutchison should be back in the squad after pulling out on St Stephen's Day because his father was taken ill.
