Reds game put back

Liverpool’s Premiership clash with Leeds at Anfield has been put back 24 hours to March 23, kick-off 2pm, to accommodate pay-per-view television requirements, according to the club’s website, www.liverpoolfc.tv.

Meanwhile, the Reds’ home clash with Bolton, scheduled to be played on Saturday March 1, has been re-arranged for the following day – still a 3pm kick-off – because of Liverpool’s home UEFA Cup fourth round, second leg tie against Auxerre.

However, should Gerard Houllier’s side qualify for the Worthington Cup final after their two-legged semi-final against Sheffield United then the Wanderers’ game will require further rearrangement.
