FA request Gerrard video

The Football Association have requested a video of Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard’s horror tackle on Gary Naysmith after match referee Graham Poll confirmed he had not seen the incident during Sunday’s Merseyside derby.

There were three minutes remaining when Naysmith cleared the ball down the left touchline, only to be caught by an ugly-looking two-footed challenge from Gerrard.
