Houllier may ring changes

Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier may be tempted to shake things up for the match against Blackburn on Boxing Day.

With only two points from the last seven games, they need to get back on track in the title race.

Emile Heskey could be restored to the starting line-up but Dietmar Hamann is again likely to be sidelined with a shin injury.
